In accordance with the Americans with Disabilities Act, efforts are made to accommodate people with disabilities. In accordance with Title VI of the Civil Rights Act of 1964, city offers the same services and programs to all, regardless of race, color, income, national origin or English proficiency.

ADA Accessibility
People with disabilities can make an online request for accessibility or accommodation. Bellevue has established a process for handling accessibility requests and grievances. Yvonne Tate, Citywide ADA Coordinator, leads Bellevue's ADA/Section 504 Coordinating Team. Enforcement of the Americans with Disabilities Act is the responsibility of the U. S. Department of Justice.
Title VI Accessibility
