Conversations About Race & Culture Series: Building Community Unity and Addressing Harassment/Hate Crimes - May 9, 6 p.m. to 8:30 p.m. at Bellevue City Hall, Council Chambers, 450 110th Avenue NE. This forum is designed to build community unity and provide information about how to address discrimination, mailicious harassment and hate crimes. The forum is free and open to the public. Speakers include: Uriel Iniquez (Washington State Commission on Hispanic Affairs), Rosa Melendez (Regional Director, US Dept. of Justice) and Arsalan Bukhari (Executive Director, CAIR-WA). Guest speakers are courtesy of CAIR (Council of American and Islamic Relations).
